She is the founder of Swearingen Development Partners, where she leads high-tech industrial real estate projects, including data centers and cable landing stations. Her career includes leadership roles at Oracle, EdgeConneX, Microsoft, and Amazon, where she excelled in global site development, strategic planning, and program management. Known for her ability to create scalable processes and her passion for excellence, Christy has a proven track record of delivering mission-critical projects across the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East.
